Attachment-based therapy focuses on how your early experiences of connection shape the way you relate to others now.

In our work together, we begin by identifying these patterns and understanding how they show up in your current relationships. This includes looking at both your thoughts and your emotional responses, particularly in moments where connection feels uncertain, strained, or important to you.
We also pay attention to how these patterns show up in the therapy space itself. This can offer a real-time opportunity to understand and shift them in a safe and supported way.
The goal of attachment-based work isn’t to analyse the past for the sake of it. It’s to help you build a more secure and stable experience of connection in the present. Over time, this can lead to less overthinking, less fear around where you stand, and a greater sense of confidence in your relationships.
